This position requires the potential applicant to work weekdays, weekends and evenings during Market on Main and Gala’s.

Responsibilities will include:
• Providing exceptional member service with a positive, professional approach and attitude toward customers
• Being dependable for all scheduled shifts
• Processing member transactions in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
• Perform cash out procedures
• Stock shelves with various clothing and accessories merchandise
• Maintaining a neat, clean and orderly location at all times by using good housekeeping standards
• Adhering to all Evergreen Cooperative Association policies and procedures and participate in the Health and Safety program
• This position requires a significant amount of static standing, frequent and constant lifting, bending, and stretching.

We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
• Organizational skills and great time management
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently in a team environment
• Previous retail and cash experience would be an asset
• Ability to handle multiple demands at once while still providing excellent customer service
• Sense of urgency
• Ability to lift up to 50Ibs unassisted
