The excitement around hockey in Rimbey is growing as the community prepares to welcome the Rimbey Royals Junior Hockey Club for their inaugural 2026–27 season in the Heritage Junior Hockey League.
Evergreen Co-op is proud to support the Royals as a sponsor, joining local businesses, families and community members in helping bring junior hockey back to Rimbey.
For Evergreen Co-op, supporting the Royals is about more than putting a name on a sponsorship package. It is about investing in the community and the people who make it strong.
Home games will be played at Vern Poffenroth Memorial Arena, giving local fans the opportunity to experience junior hockey right here in Rimbey. The arena can accommodate up to 1,000 spectators, setting the stage for some exciting nights at the rink.
As the Royals prepare to take the ice for their first season, Evergreen Co-op is pleased to stand alongside the team and the Rimbey community.
