Team Member Training

Earlier this month, team members from the Evergreen Co-op celebrated their achievement from their Accountability training facilitated by Dr. Tom Olson. During their training, team members learned the importance about accountability including skills like communication, ownership and transparency. The importance of this training will help build stronger relationships within our team and enhance our values of Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence.
