RE: ANNOUNCEMENT – ACQUISITION OF SIDE STREET LIQUOR STORE

EVERGREEN CO-OP – GROWING TOGETHER!

I am pleased to announce the conditional acquisition of Side Street Liquor Store right here in Rimbey, Alberta!

The Side Street Liquor Store has served Rimbey and district for the past 20 years. This 3,500 square foot facility offers a variety of wines, spirits and beers. It has built a reputation for great products and excellent service. The Side Street Liquor Store is located at 5033 - 51st Ave in Rimbey, Alberta.

This facility will soon service our Evergreen membership and customers! With just under 1,000 square feet of retail floor space and over 2,000 square feet of warehouse space, the new Evergreen Co-op Liquor Store will be able to meet all of your beer, wine and spirit needs. We anticipate annual sales of $2 million from this new facility and it will complement our existing Gateway Crossings Liquor Store in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta.

If all conditions are met, this location will become part of the Evergreen Co-op in March of 2019, and we are working closely with Side Street Liquor Store to ensure a smooth transition. Most importantly, as part of this acquisition, we hope to welcome additional team members to the Evergreen Co-op family!

We are extremely excited for our members in Rimbey and Rocky Mountain House, for Evergreen Coop, as we continue to GROW TOGETHER!
